Swedish/Relaxation Massage

Primary goals of Swedish massage technique is
to relax the entire body. This is accomplished by massaging the muscles with long gliding strokes
in the direction of blood flow. It’s exceptionally beneficial for increasing the level of oxygen in blood, decreasing muscle toxins, improving circulation and flexibility while easing tension.

Deep Tissue Massage

The benefits of deep tissue massage therapy is similar to Swedish massage, but the deeper pressure is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension.
This type of massage focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is especially helpful for chronic aches and pains and contracted areas such as stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders.

LaStone Therapy

LaStone Therapy is a trademark name formalized in 1993 by Mary Nelson-Hannigan of Tucson, Arizona.
he developed a therapy using hot and cold stones. Stimulates the circulatory system, relaxes muscles and creates a feeling of peacefulness and spiritual well-being.

Maternity Massage

Studies indicate that massage therapy performed during pregnancy can reduce anxiety, decrease symptoms of depression, relieve muscle aches and joint pains, and improve labor outcomes and
newborn health.

Foot Reflexology

Foot reflexology is a therapy based on the principle that there are small and specific areas of innervation in the feet that correspond to specific muscle groups and organs of the body. These specific reflex points connected to meridian energy pathways are massaged to relieve tension, increase energy flow and energize your entire body.

Thai Massage

Thai massage is a cross between acupressure, yoga and zen shiatsu and is inspired by Buddhist teachings. The actual massage consists of slow rhythmic compressions and stretches along the body's energy lines also called sen in Thai.

Raindrop Technique

Raindrop Therapy combines the science of aromatherapy with techniques of Vita Flex,
reflexology and massage in the application of
essential oils which are applied on various areas
of the body to bring structural and electrical alignment.
