Cancellation Policy

Willow Day Spa appreciates your business and is happy to schedule your appointment at a time that is most convenient for you!

If you are unable to take advantage of the time set aside for you, we ask for a 24-hour notice of your cancellation. This will enable us to reschedule someone else during that time.

If you prefer to have a reminder call, please notify us at the time of scheduling and we will be happy to accommodate.

Those making cancellations within the 24 hours of their appointment may be asked to pay 1/2 of their appointment fee.  Before rescheduling your next appointment, you may also be asked to pay for your service in advance.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. You will be responsible for the full session.
